Kari is passionate about helping individuals and teams cultivate greater awareness and intentionality so they can move beyond what holds them back, align their actions with what matters most, and create meaningful impact.

With a holistic, goal-oriented, and compassionate approach to her work, she combines warmth with candor to create engaging experiences that invite clients to think deeply, grow with confidence, and take action toward becoming who they aspire to be.

Kari is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods Facilitator and a licensed member of the Strategic Play® training team in the United States; and she is Strategic Play's lead trainer in Brazil. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and she completed her coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She also holds a BA in Organizational Communication and Business Management from Western Michigan University, as well as an International MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. She is also a Mentor Coach for iPEC.

Originally from Michigan, Kari returned to the U.S. after living and working in Brazil for more than two decades. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she offers a multicultural perspective and deep appreciation for how culture shapes communication, collaboration, and leadership.
