"I bought the cards as an addition to my facilitator’s toolkit. They are beautiful, grasp instant attention and look very professional.

I started using these cards for my sales pitches with clients. I noticed that when I talk to potential clients, they needed a clearer understanding of the methods of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® without my actually putting the bricks on the table.

My clients loved going through the cards, which helped start the conversation about what they really needed as an outcome.

This an example of how I use them:

First, I prepare a deck of cards with my own selection, based on my knowledge of the client and my own assumptions about their needs. Then when I’m with the client, I let them go through the card deck and we talk about if the cards relate to them, their organization, their challenges etc. In the end, I let them choose three cards they think are the most crucial challenges for them at the moment. This helps me prioritize the main objectives for the workshop.

I like using the cards for sales pitches and for prioritizing challenges and outcomes.

The Diagnostic cards help me to create a greater value for my clients in terms of workshop design and workshop outcome.

I won't leave the office without these cards!".

Miriam trains and certifies facilitators in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods throughout the EU.
